We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Retention Specialist to support our team in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role plays an important part in keeping our agency connected with clients through consistent communication and thoughtful follow-up.

Responsibilities:
- Write and send handwritten cards to customers for relationship building and retention
- Schedule appointments for producers via text and follow up as needed
- Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations
- Support the team in maintaining consistent communication with clients
- Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable communicating via text and written communication
- Dependable and able to follow through on tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting pay: $10/hour
- Unlicensed position with opportunity for growth
- Potential to obtain insurance licensing based on performance and interest
Compensation: $10.00 per hour
